• 2026-09-02T21:30:00.000Z - Investigating: The Greenback API is still down. Sign in, account sync, and all in-app data are unavailable on mobile and web. Our marketing site is unaffected. Our team is actively working on a fix and we will post an update as soon as we have one.
• 2026-09-02T13:35:00.000Z - Alerted: Automated monitoring detected the production API health check timing out. Mobile and web app requests are failing.
• 2026-03-08T22:30:00.000Z - Alerted: Old app versions are experiencing issues with registration. We are asking user's to upgrade to 1.36.0 or register from the web app.
• 2026-03-08T24:21:00.000Z - Resolved: The issue has been resolved. Users who registered during the affected window can now log in normally.
• 2026-03-08T23:03:00.000Z - Diagnosed: We identified a bug causing users to receive a 401 error immediately after completing registration or login verification. Our team is deploying a fix.
